About the Contributor: Tracy Dudzinski

Tracy DudzinskiTracy Dudzinski has been a certified nursing assistant since 1997. She started her career in a nursing home and worked there for seven years in various positions: on the floor on all three shifts as a CNA, in the kitchen as a cook, and in the office as assistant to the administrator. She then became a home health aide and soon became member of Cooperative Care, a worker-owned home health care provider in Wautoma, Wisconsin. Tracy is now the chair of the DCA’s board of directors and the president of the board of Cooperative Care. She is also vice chair of the Wisconsin Direct Caregivers Alliance.
