Florida Professional Association of Care Givers Honors Brenda Robinson and Beatrice Johnson
At its annual conference on October 6, the Florida Professional Association of Care Givers, Inc. (formerly the Florida Association of Nurse Assistants) honored two special direct care workers.
Care Giver of the Year Brenda Robinson, CNA, has been a CNA since 1989. She was honored for having “set a standard of care that our residents and families have come to cherish and expect. She continues to challenge the entire staff, from administrator to DON and down, to strive to provide the quality of care our residents deserve.”
The nomination for Career Care Giver of the Year Beatrice Johnson, CNA, HHA, praised her for her skill, dedication, compassion, positive attitude, and dependability, and for going above and beyond the call of duty for the people she cares for. She has been a CNA since 1985, and has been with Cornerstone Hospice in Taveres, Florida, for 20 years.
