    I want to tell you that your video is very moving and communicates very powerfully the essential role of direct care workers in the daily lives of our elders and persons living with disabilities. You bring loving compassion and professionalism to the profession of caring for others and you should be honored and rewarded. I feel honored to know you and the many direct care workers who work with the DCA and are joining us as we fight to improve the direct care job. Thank you for sharing your story.
