Video Highlights from the DCA’s Trip to DC

In our effort to tell the story of direct care workers, we did some filming during our April trip to Washington to talk to legislators about direct care worker issues.

    I followed the link to the videos in the email. Came out Great! And I poked around on the DCA page until I found the final copy of the Dear Colleague letter — it was *very* gratifying to see Rep Hasting’s signature! That was our last stop, and his staffer was *so* receptive to our viewpoint! I was just a little saddened not to see Sen Rockefeller on board. His staffer (Hensel?) was very attuned to the issues.
